We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a refund, please review the policy below and contact us through our website contact form.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Form.

  • Go to the Contact page on our website
    Select the reason for your message as Refund Request (if applicable)
    Include the information listed below so we can process your request quickly


Required information to include:

  • Order number
    Name used on the order
    Email address used at checkout
    Item(s) you want refunded
    Reason for the refund
    Photos of the item and packaging (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
    Refund requests sent through other channels may be delayed.

Eligibility
A refund may be approved if:

  • The item arrived damaged
    You received the wrong item
    The item is unused and returned in original condition (see Returns section below)


We may not be able to approve a refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use, installation, or modification
    The product is missing parts or original packaging
    The request does not include the required order information
    Returns (If a Return Is Required)
    If your refund requires a return, we will reply to your contact form request with return instructions, including the return address and any required return authorization details.

Return condition requirements:

  • Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
    Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit


Shipping Costs


  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or the item arrived damaged/defective.
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect/damage on arrival.


Refund Processing Time
Once approved:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
Processing time depends on your payment provider, but most refunds post within 5–10 business days after approval or after the return is received and inspected (if a return is required)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Submit a request via the Contact Form as soon as possible
    Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve it quickly
    Exchanges
    If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, submit the request through the Contact Form and note “Exchange Request” in your message.
