Extend-A-Hand grab bars are backed by a limited 3-year warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Year 1 Defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship — product repaired or replaced at manufacturer's option.
Years 2 & 3 Pins and plastic parts replacement only. Powder coating is not covered.
30-Day Guarantee Not satisfied? Return to place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Warranty is void if damage resulted from improper installation, misuse, or acts of nature (lightning, fire, flood, insects, etc.).

Keep your proof of purchase — Extend A Hand does not retain purchase records.

Warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation labor costs.

How to make a warranty claim

Email support@extendahand.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping anything back. Products received without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Ship the defective item via USPS, UPS, or DHL (continental US). Extend A Hand will cover return shipping on confirmed warranty repairs.

Include proof of purchase, photos of the installation, and a description of the issue.

Once received and inspected, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back at no charge.

Returns received after 30 days from original ship date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items claimed defective but found problem-free on inspection are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If installer or user error caused the problem, no refund will be issued.

What this warranty does not cover
Damage from improper installation or failure to follow instructions.
Misuse, alternative use, or any use other than as a grab bar assistance device.
Powder coating (Years 2–3).
Any modifications to the safety locking mechanism.
Acts of nature: lightning, wind, fire, flood, insects.
Removal or reinstallation labor costs.
