Email support@extendahand.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping anything back. Products received without an RGA number will not be accepted.
Ship the defective item via USPS, UPS, or DHL (continental US). Extend A Hand will cover return shipping on confirmed warranty repairs.
Include proof of purchase, photos of the installation, and a description of the issue.
Once received and inspected, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back at no charge.
Restocking fees apply when:
Returns received after 30 days from original ship date: 20% restocking fee.
Items claimed defective but found problem-free on inspection: 20% restocking fee.
If installer or user error caused the problem, no refund will be issued.
