Return Policy

We stand behind every Extend-A-Hand grab bar. If your order is not right, you have 30 days to send it back.

Return window

Return window	30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Item condition	New and unused. Returns must include all original hardware, the mounting template, and packaging.
Return method	By mail. We do not accept in-person or in-store returns.
Restocking fee	None for returns received within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping	Paid by the customer on non-defective returns. Paid by Extend A Hand on confirmed warranty defects.
Refund processing	Within 10 days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges	Accepted. Wrong size is the most common reason, and we will swap it.

How to start a return

Email support@extendahand.com or call (208) 770-1716 with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Items sent back without an RGA number cannot be accepted.

Pack the bar with all hardware and write the RGA number on the outside of the box.

Ship to: Extend A Hand, 6082 W Seltice Way, Unit 121, Post Falls, ID 83854.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

After 30 days. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned as defective that are found to be free of defects on inspection are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damage caused by improper installation is not eligible for return.
