Where we ship
Continental United States (48 states): Free shipping on every order.
Alaska and Hawaii: We ship there. Rates are quoted individually because carrier costs are significantly higher. Contact us before ordering and we will quote it.
APO, FPO, and PO Boxes: Contact us before ordering. UPS cannot deliver to all of these addresses.
Outside the United States: We do not currently ship internationally.
Check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once UPS has it. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at (208) 770-1716 and we will do what we can before the label is created.
Damaged or missing shipments
Arrived damaged: Photograph the box and the bar before unpacking further, then email support@extendahand.com within 5 days of delivery. We will replace it.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: Check with neighbors and around the property first, since UPS sometimes places packages out of sight. If it does not turn up within 48 hours, contact us and we will open a trace.
Tracking has not moved: Give it one business day, then contact us. We will chase UPS on your behalf.

Make sure you order the right size
The model number is the hole-to-hole distance and it has to match your wall studs. Two minutes with a stud finder saves a return trip.
